Welcome to our website! This site will walk you through creating an animated GIF image using Adobe Photoshop CS4. What is an animated GIF image? An animated GIF is an image which is composed of many different images on top of each other. In simpler terms, it is a digital flipbook. An example is show below.

Animation

Before you get started, we would like to mention that this site will only show you how to create one specific animated GIF. We hope that by teaching you to create this animated GIF you will learn the process and be able to create your own! good

The test will consist of four tasks, 'Opening Photoshop', 'Opening Images', 'Changing Animation Details', and 'Saving and Viewing'. what about step 5?
  • 'Opening Photoshop' will show how to open Photoshop using a Mac computer.
  • 'Opening Images' show you how to open images on you computer for use in Photoshop.
  • 'Changing Animation Details' will show you how to customize the animation.
  • 'Saving and Viewing' will show you how to save the image and how to view it using Mozilla Firefox.

Now to get started! Follow the link below titled, "Start the test" to advance to the first task. After you complete each step(,) follow the link at the bottom-right of each page titled, "Next Step" to advance. If at any time you would like to see a step again(,) you can click the step on the left side of you screen.
